Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by K-Bridge Property Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"). By engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Scope of Services

We provide pre-purchase property inspections, rebuilds and renovations coordination, and ongoing property maintenance in Kanchanaburi, Thailand.

Inspections

Inspection reports are professional opinions based on visual, non-invasive assessments at the time of inspection. We do not dismantle systems or provide warranties for future performance.

Projects and Maintenance

For rebuilds/renovations and maintenance, we coordinate qualified contractors and supervise according to agreed scope, timeline and budget. Contractor warranties and manufacturer guarantees apply where provided.

Fees and Payments

Quoted prices are in THB unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required. Invoices are due on receipt unless agreed in writing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Compliance

We operate in accordance with Thai law and applicable consumer protection regulations. Where relevant, we consider international standards and best practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.
